The mission of the Owyhee County Republican Committee (OCRCC) is to promote the republican form of representative government afforded by a Constitutional Republic, encourage community participation, and to uphold Constitutional principles and the platform of the Republican Party. The OCRCC will endeavor to build and strengthen the Republican Party from the grassroots up and to elect Republican candidates.

The OCRCC shall serve as the governing body of the Owyhee County Republican Party and as such shall establish all policy and functions of the Owyhee County Republican Party in so far as they are consistent with the rules and regulations of the Idaho State Central Committee and Idaho State Law. The OCRCC shall facilitate cooperation among Owyhee County Republican Party members and shall advise the Idaho Republican Party regarding the development of policies and functions.
